pastry class with en.amin

this is my first project, in classical pastry class which I attended when I was in sem 6,diploma in culinary arts...final grade, dpt A- kot..hehe....

pretending as decorating on top of the cake...my first attemp in cake deco...

using the sugar paste to deco the cake board..all done by me, with no help by others..lol..
