this is my fav orchid....it blooms once every 6 months...weird rite? enjoy~

The malaysia book of records
during the last semester of my diploma,we (the culinarian team) managed to complete the longest ketayap line in malaysia...and in the world..(i think so~)....so proud~~~..hehe..

Bahannya:
160gm mentega
160gm gula halus
300gm tepung gandum
2 tsp baking powder
100gm diced almond
2 tsp esen vanilla
4 biji kuning telur
80 biji badam
coklat masakan
Caranya:
- pukul mentega dan gula hingga kembang
- masukkan telur,pukul lagi
- masukkan tepung,esen vanilla serta baking powder,gaul hingga sebati
- bentukkan adunan,masukkan badam ditengah-tengah,letak dalam papercup
- bakar hingga masak,biarkan sejuk seketika
- cairkan coklat secara double boiling
- tuangkan coklat ke atas biskut,dan taburkan diced almond

Kuih loyang
Bahannya:
3 cawan santan
1/2 cawan gula
2 biji telur
5 cawan tepung beras
sedikit garam
Caranya:
- pukul gula dan telur hingga kembang
- masukkan santan serta sedikit garam
- masukkan tepung dan digoreng

Butter cookies
Bahannya:
250gm mentega
160gm gula ising
secubit garam
1 biji kuning telur
350gm tepung gandum
50gm tepung hoen kwee
1/2 tsp baking powder
caranya:
- pukul mentega, gula ising dan garam hingga kembang
- masukkan kuning telur
- campurkan tepung dan gaul rata
- sudukan ke atas tin pembakar
- bakar selama 15-20 minit

Bahan-bahannya:
150gm mentega
100gm gula halus

125gm tepung hong kwee
125gm tepung gandum
Caranya:
- Pukul mentega dan gula hingga kembang
- Masukkan telur dan gaul rata
- Masukkan tepung dan gaul semua
- Gunakan acuan dan tekan di atas tin pembakar
- Hiaskan dengan ceri
